Designed to compliment your SGPT sessions perfectly our class schedule gives you all the ‘extras.’

Whether you’re looking for the high-energy, team focused workouts or whether you’re looking to unwind and take some down-time with something a little slower there’s plenty on offer. 

Our sessions are all designed to build upon the foundations of your SGPT program and are all delivered by our coaching team which means you’ve all the support on hand you need to leave feeling energised and accomplished.

Choose from STRIKE, BUILD, BURN, CORE, STRETCH, BARBELL CLUB or RUN and keep your eyes peeled for our workshops and exclusive additions throughout the year.

BUILD

If you’re looking to improve strength and build muscle our resistance-only class is just the ticket. 

Slow down the pace and focus on quality, control and overload to help create that all important muscle demand. Don’t just expect to see a change in body composition, but posture, reduced risk of injury and a stronger mind too. 

Don’t be fooled - building muscle isn’t just for the ‘guys’ – research shows that resistance based training is just as important for females of all ages too! 

Suitable for all abilities, whether you’re new to training or you’ve been training for years.

BURN 

Our BURN session combines a mix of cardiovascular, resistance and core to give you a great all-round workout! Put your cardiovascular system to the test and work your way through the different zones in a high-energy full body workout. 

With a different set up for each session we’ll be sure to keep things feeling fresh.

Whether you’re starting new or whether you’ve been exercising for some time you’ll be able to take exactly what you need out of the session by working at your own pace and to your own targets – it’s you vs you!

CORE

Our 30 minute CORE session is concentrated on increasing strength, stability and balance. As the foundation for our movement a strong core is key to preventing injuries, particularly in aging, improving posture and improving physical performance. 

Don’t be fooled that training core means just doing crunches. With the correct exercises and the correct core engagement you’ll see a huge improvement in your day to day activities, your training but also in keeping those aches and pains at bay! 

Suitable for all abilities.

STRETCH

Our full body STRETCH session is a great addition to your weekly training routine. Stretching is a commonly overlooked part of fitness but very much an important one. 

Whether you’re looking to increase your range of movement, maintain or improve your flexibility or work on a particular area of challenge we’d recommend giving it a go. 

No matter your age or fitness experience it’s one that’s going to improve your day to day activities, decrease your risk of injury and enhance your performance in the gym.

ENGINE

A 30 minute favourite built to help increase your cardiovascular capacity. Spend 30 minutes on our cardio equipment at your leisure, take on the weekly engine ‘challenge’ or challenge yourself with a Myzone match. 

Tag engine onto your Personal Training session if you’re looking to add some extra MEPs or add it as a stand alone session into your weekly training routine. 

Whether it’s to get you out the house for a break from work, as an alternative for your daily steps or to chase up some points to jump on the leaderboard you’ll find sessions half hourly from open until close.

STRIKE

STRIKE combines a mix of cardiovascular, strength and skill for a FUN-filled 45 minutes. It’s promised to get the heart pumping and the arms burning as you work your way through a series of boxing-style drills throughout the session, finishing with a sprinkling of core.

The session itself is suitable for all and is promised to be a great workout!

BARBELL CLUB

Join us on a Saturday morning. Our Barbell Club class is a 12-week progressive strength program designed to help you build power, technique, and confidence in the big three lifts: Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift!

Whether you’re aiming to perfect your form, achieve a Personal Best, or simply enjoy a structured and challenging workout, Barbell Club offers something for everyone.

Drop in for a single session or commit to the full 12-week program and watch your lifts, technique, and overall performance reach new heights
