What makes This Is Fitness different from a traditional gym?
At This is Fitness everything we do is delivered by our Personal Trainers which means you’ve all the support on hand to move from A to B. With the support and guidance of our coaching team it doesn’t matter whether you’re completely new to fitness or have trained for years we can ensure you’re doing the things that yield results. Unlike traditional gyms, we have a truly unique environment where everyone is valued, everyone is made to feel welcome and you’re a name not just a membership number.
Do I need to be in shape before joining?
Absolutely not. Our members come with an array of fitness backgrounds, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes and those returning from a long break or recovering from an injury. There’s no judgement, no expectations and we pride ourselves on being a safe space where everyone can flourish and feel comfortable.
What is the 30-day challenge, and who is it for?
Our 30 Day Challenge provides an opportunity to come and see what exactly what we’re all about! Familiarise yourself with our approach, get a feel for our facility, and see whether we could be the place for you.
What if I’m a complete beginner?
The 30 Day Challenge is equipped for all levels of fitness. The Challenge begins with a 1:1 Introductory session where we’ll get to know you, your goals and any injuries/limitations. Your sessions will be tailored to suit your needs, your goals and your fitness level and you’ll have all the support of our coaching team every step of the way.
